C&S Virtual Staffing Solutions, LLC was founded by Tamala Close, a seasoned Senior Director of a multimillion-dollar special education company in Texas, a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist, and an accomplished entrepreneur. Throughout her leadership career, Tamala saw how overwhelming administrative responsibilities can become for healthcare professionals and business owners. The company she worked with continued to grow, but the constant weight of backend tasks made it difficult for her and her team to focus on high-level priorities and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

A turning point came when one of her mentors encouraged her to explore the idea of hiring a virtual assistant. Tamala brought on two highly skilled VAs to manage administrative duties, reporting, and operational tasks. The impact was immediate. Projects moved faster, productivity increased, and the business regained direction and clarity. More importantly, Tamala reclaimed her time and found renewed balance in her personal and professional life.
